Delivery Information

MAGFORMERS UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Products are dispatched via DPD.
  
• Delivery will be made within 2-5 working days*. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 2-5 days of your order being placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund for any sum that has been paid by you. 
• We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address given by you for delivery at the time you place the order. If there is no-one over the age of 16 that is able to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date.
• Please note that if you are making a payment via Paypal, the delivery address must match the Paypal confirmed delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for the delivery to an incorrect Paypal address.
• We will bear the risk of the goods delivered to you whilst in transit. Risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you on receipt of the items, whether or not the price has been paid and you will be liable for their loss or destruction.
• If the goods have been fully paid for, you will become the owner of the goods when they have been delivered to you.
  

* While we always endeavour to deliver your package between 2-5 working days, sometimes this may extend to 7-10 days - especially during Black Friday promotions and during seasonal sales (Summer, pre-Christmas and January for example).
